Whether the building department requires it or not, we install ice and water Shield to protect against leaks and water intrusion. News flash, the Denver Building Department doesn’t require any Ice and Water Shield. That means the vast majority of our competition isn’t going to use Ice and Water Shield on your roof.
We use high-quality synthetic underlayments for superior durability and moisture protection.
Unlike some contractors who reuse old materials, we replace every piece of metal flashing, every vent, and every plumbing jack to ensure long-term integrity. Often, insurance companies don’t pay to replace difficult flashings such as step flashing and drip edge. This means that the vast majority of our competition isn’t going to replace your flashings.
